REFUNDS

Refunds Are Available For:

If you purchased a clothing item, hat, mug, or other non-excluded product, please refer to our Return Policy below for more information.

Thank you for understanding that every dollar counts. Your support is directly impacting the lives of suffering children.

No Refunds – Zero Exceptions on the following:

Due to the nature of our mission and the fact that the majority of proceeds are donated to support children in crisis, we do not offer refunds on the following items under any circumstances:

  • Books (including pre-orders)
  • Candles
  • Donations
  • Digital content or subscriptions
  • Discounted or promotional items

These items are considered final sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Order Issues or Concerns

If you received the wrong item or your product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at: support@7legacybrands.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

While we are not responsible for shipping carrier mishandling, we may choose to file a claim on your behalf or assist where possible — at our discretion. This is a courtesy and not a guarantee.

RETURNS

Return Policy

Effective Date: June 21, 2025

We want you to be satisfied with your physical merchandise purchases. The following policy outlines our return process for eligible items only (clothing, hats, cups/mugs, and other physical goods).

Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns for the following categories:

  • Clothing and apparel

  • Hats

  • Cups / mugs

  • Other gift or merchandise items not explicitly excluded in our Refund Policy above

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or credit.

Condition of Returned Items

All items must be returned:

  • In original, unused, and unworn condition

  • With original packaging, tags, and inserts intact

  • Without any stains, smells, or damage

We do not accept returns on items that arrive used, damaged, or without their original packaging.

Restocking & Shipping

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days. We recommend:

  1. Taking clear photos of the product and packaging

  2. Contacting us at 📧 support@7legacybrands.com with your order number

While it is the customer’s responsibility to file claims with the shipping provider, we may assist with this process at our discretion — but we are not obligated to do so.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@7legacybrands.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of your reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and instructions from our team.
